Driver & courier terms

Effective date: 2026-10-28 · «Aloo Sürücü»

These terms govern the relationship between driver partners who complete moto taxi rides and courier deliveries through the "Aloo Sürücü" app and Aloo. They supplement the general Terms of use and the Privacy policy.

1. Partnership

You are an independent partner, not an employee of Aloo: you decide when to go online and which orders to accept. Aloo is a technology platform that passes orders to you.

2. Requirements

Documents are uploaded in the app and verified. Forged or expired documents lead to immediate suspension. Upload a new document when one expires.

3. Safety rules

4. Orders, price and payment

5. Courier deliveries

Do not accept prohibited items (weapons, drugs, explosive or flammable goods, cash, live animals, etc.); you may refuse a suspicious parcel. Hand the parcel only to the receiver using the handover code and take a proof photo when the app asks.

6. Location and data

While you are online and during an active order, the app collects your location even when the app is closed or not in use, so you receive nearby orders and the customer can see you arriving. Collection stops when you go offline. Details: Privacy policy. You may use customer data only to complete the order.

7. Conduct, complaints and deactivation

Be respectful to customers and follow the Community guidelines. Customer complaints, unsafe riding, fraud or rule breaches may lead to temporary or permanent deactivation. If you disagree with a decision, write to drivers@aloobox.com.

8. Liability

You are legally responsible for traffic offences, fines and damage you cause during a trip. To the extent permitted by law, Aloo is not liable for indirect losses.

9. Closing your account

You can end the partnership at any time: in the app Settings → Delete account, or at aloobox.com/delete-account. Trip and payment records that the law requires us to keep are retained in anonymised form.

10. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan apply. Disputes are first handled by negotiation, then by the competent courts of Baku.
