How do I order?
Open the app, confirm your pickup, pin your destination on the map, choose "Moto taxi" or "Courier" and order. On your first order you verify your phone number with an SMS code.
Where does Aloo work?
In Baku for now. Orders to addresses outside the service area are not accepted.
I did not get the SMS code.
Check the number is entered with +994, wait a minute and tap "Resend". If it still fails, email support@aloobox.com.
How can I pay?
Cash only for now — paid to the driver at the end of the trip. The price is shown before you order.
How do I track my parcel?
For courier orders the receiver gets an SMS with a tracking link and a handover code. You can also follow the order live in the app and share the link.
How do I cancel?
Tap "Cancel" on the order screen. No cancellation fee is charged at the moment — see aloobox.com/cancellation-policy.
I lost an item / I have a complaint.
Open the order in your trip history and contact support, or email support@aloobox.com.
Safety
During a trip the SOS button quickly reaches your emergency contacts and services. In an emergency call 112.
How do I become a driver?
Download "Aloo! Sürücü", sign up with your phone, upload your documents and motorcycle details. Your account is approved after verification. You can also apply at aloobox.com/driver-apply. Questions: drivers@aloobox.com.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: My Account → Settings → Delete Account, or at aloobox.com/delete-account.
