Community guidelines
On Aloo the customer and the driver can message each other in the in-app chat during an order and leave a rating and review afterwards. These rules keep it safe and respectful for everyone.
Not allowed
- Insults, threats, harassment, sexual messages or images.
- Discrimination and hate speech based on ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or any other characteristic.
- Sharing someone else's personal data (address, phone, documents) without permission.
- Spam, advertising, fraud, payment outside the app or demands for extra money.
- Encouraging illegal activity or illegal content.
How to report
- In the chat: tap the flag (⚑) button at the top, choose a reason and send.
- During or after a trip: choose "Report the driver" on the order screen.
- E-mail: support@aloobox.com. In immediate danger — 112.
What we do
The Aloo team reviews reports — usually within 24 hours. A user who breaks the rules may be warned, suspended or permanently removed; we may report illegal conduct to the competent authorities.
Blocking
The chat is open only during an active order and closes automatically when it ends — the other person can no longer message you. If the problem continues after the trip, contact support and we will act.
