Spin wheel rules
The "Spin wheel" (Şans çarxı) is a free game in the Aloo! app, given to customers as a thank-you for their trips. These rules explain how it works. By spinning the wheel you accept them.
1. Who can take part
- Registered customers of the Aloo! app.
- Every completed and paid trip (Moto taxi, Mini taxi, Kuryer) gives one free spin. Cancelled orders, business (shop) orders and street-hail taxi trips give none.
- A spin must be used within 7 days after the trip was completed; after that it expires.
- Test, internal and store review (App Store / Google Play) accounts do not take part. Spins and prizes may be cancelled in case of fake orders, abuse with several accounts or other breaches of these rules.
2. No purchase necessary
The wheel is completely free: spins cannot be bought, sold or obtained for any payment. Trip prices do not depend on the wheel. This is not gambling or a lottery.
3. Prizes
Prizes are only discounts and game bonuses, never cash; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
- Aloo coins — added to your balance at once and usable as a discount on later orders (1 coin = 0.01 ₼, under the coin rules).
- Discount code — a single-use code for you only; the app applies it to your next order automatically and it is listed under "Discounts". The code is valid for 14 days; the percentage and maximum amount are in the table.
- Extra game life — lets you continue the game played while we search for a driver after a crash.
- Extra spin — one more free spin right away; it must also be used within 7 days. An extra spin cannot win another "Extra spin" (on that spin this segment is replaced by another result).
- Next time — no prize on this spin.
4. How the odds work
The result is picked at random by the Aloo server, not by the app; the wheel animation only shows that result. The chance of every segment is in the table below (current settings). Discount codes share a daily total budget: once it is used up for the day, only coins, extra lives or "Next time" can be won until the end of that day.
| Segment | Type | Details | Chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 Aloo coins | Aloo coins | 5 coins to your balance | 20% |

| +1 game life | Extra game life | 1 life/lives (searching game) | 14% |

| 25 Aloo coins | Aloo coins | 25 coins to your balance | 8% |

5. Changes
Aloo may change the prizes, odds, time limits and budget, and pause or end the wheel at any time. Changes are published on this page and do not affect prizes already won.
